We need to be able to keep our body healthy. There are many kinds of threatens that we can get that are caused by many kinds of factors. Well, one of the factors that can cause our body to have problem is factor of the age. Along with the age that is getting old, there are many kinds of disease or health problem that can come to us and make our body weak.
One of the health problems that we can get because of the factor of age is osteoporosis. This is health problem in which the bones will be brittle so that we will not be capable of having hard activities. Well, this can be very bothering because our activities will be restricted. For that reason, it is a necessity for us to be capable of preventing osteoporosis. There are some aspects that we can do to prevent osteoporosis. We can keep our bone strong by consuming enough calcium that we can get from our food. Moreover, we can also drink milk with high calcium.
Furthermore, another way that we can do to prevent osteoporosis is by having enough vitamin D. As we know, vitamin D is very good for the health and strength of our bone. In addition, having exercises will be helpful in preventing us from osteoporosis.
