Many people do not realize that there are many kinds of food that are actually not good for their health. It is important to obtain healthy food that can be achieved from some aspects. The first aspect is that you have to get food that is hygienic. It is because there can be many germs that can occur in the food that is not hygienic that can cause diarrhea. Furthermore, another aspect that we need to achieve to get healthy food is by looking for the nutrient that is contained in the food.
You need to have food that does not contain too much fat because it can cause over weight. Moreover, having enough protein and vitamin will be good for your health. Besides, you also need to get good proportion for the food that you eat.

Cholesterol levels can be categorized as normal levels and levels of hazard or high. Cholesterol levels can be considered normal person if the size is 160-200mg and classified as hazardous conditions if the size is above 240mg because it can lead to stroke.
